Hazrat Umer Farooq (RA) was one of the nearby comraderies of the prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and the second of Khulfa e Rashideen after Hazrat Abu Bakar (RA).

Satan had abandoned 'Umar (radhiAllahu anhu). The Prophet said, "O child of Khattab, by the one in whose hand is my spirit, at whatever point Satan sees you following a way, then, at that point, he will follow another way."

He was the leader of extraordinary harmony and equity. He acquired the wonderful title,commander of reliable because of his respectable characteristics.

One of the critical characteristics of 'Umar ibn al Khattab which exemplified his personality was civil rights. For his purposes, civil rights implied the reallocation of force and pay so that, when presented at the most reduced level, it spreads up to every one of the spans of society. One night 'Umar R.A adjusted as expected when he noticed the voice of a child crying. He saw that a lady held a little child in her lap and the child kept on crying. 'Umar went to the woman and said, "What kind of mother would you say you are? The child is crying, and you don't take care of it with your milk!"

The lady said, "Proceed to ask 'Umar with respect to what kind of Caliph he is! He has appointed that a kid wouldn't get a payment until it was weaned. To get the payment for our youngster we are attempting to wean it."

'Umar (radhiAllahu anhu) told the lady "Feed your child with your milk, and have confidence you will get the allowance for your child despite the fact that it isn't weaned."

The following day in Fajr Salah, ‘Umar cried so much that the Sahaba said we could not understand what he was reciting and after he had finished he passed orders that stipends would be allowed for children from their date of birth..

In short, the time of Hazrat Umer (RA) was a moderate and illuminating time of Muslim Ummah during khilafat e Rashideen in which the Islamic state was laid out in a useful structure. Notwithstanding being the sovereign of such an immense Islamic state, Hazrat Umer (RA) was a basic and God-dreading individual with high resolve who generally attempted to make his ruler blissful and serve his kin. He had the enthusiasm to serve humankind and consistently favored similarly with his kin. Serving his kin was obligatory for Hazrat Umer as he generally kept his entryways open for the assistance of normal masses.
